Ingredients

The following listed natural ingredients support your mood, breast tenderness, healthy ovulation, hormonal acne and premenstrual headaches.

Vitex agnus cactus (400mg), Ashwagandha (300mg), Atlantic kelp (100mcg), Ginkgo biloba (320mg), and the ever-important Zinc (15mg).

NO - gluten, yeast, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial colouring, preservatives or flavouring.


Directions

Take 2 capsules daily throughout the month, or as directed by your GP. We recommend taking them at the same time each morning to fit with our hormonal circadian rhythm.

Period Pal is not recommended for those 18 and under, with nightshade allergies or sensitivities to the listed ingredients, who are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Those on thyroid medication should consult their GP before use as this product contains Iodine. Recommended to be taken away from medications.

Our AWWA Bralette fit is more inline with a sports crop with the most important measurement being the underband. If you are fuller busted than the optimal recommended fit, you can try sizing up one size.
