Dear AWWA community,
After eight incredible years, we have made the extremely difficult decision to take a pause at AWWA while we regroup and thoughtfully consider what comes next. Our online store will remain open until March 15th. After that date, orders and customer service will no longer be available through our website for the foreseeable future.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this journey. Thank you for trusting us with something as personal and important as your cycle. We hope to be able to share better news with you in the future.
Ngā mihi nui,

Kia ora, We're AWWA
We make intuitive, uncomplicated period products designed to be reliable, sustainable & trustworthy. AWWA is New Zealand's first period underwear brand. Indigenous founded & female owned, we're here to unpack the stigma around periods and reconnect menstruators to their cycle.
AWWA is derived from the Māori word 'awa' meaning river or flow. Māori referred to their period as te awa atua - the divine river. AWWA offers a world where every person can feel divine and empowered during their period
