SALE/PROMOTION ITEMS EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

No refunds will be accepted on sale/promotion items
In lieu of refunds store credit will be issued.
This includes customers eligible for risk free trials. 

Size swaps will be dependent on stock availability at the time items are received into the warehouse.

Note that exchanges/store credit will be processed at the conclusion of the sale period, so may be longer than 10 days. 

Cost of returning and re-sending size swap/exchange items is at the expense of the customer, so please a prepaid courier bag when returning the underwear 

CLEARANCE SALES ARE FINAL 
No refunds/exchanges/store credit on CLEARANCE items. 
Sale is final. These are a clearance item so ensure you choose your sizing carefully.
