I highly recommend incorporating yoga into your day and weeks during self-isolation. Both for your physical and emotional wellbeing. I definitely notice the difference to my frame of mind, if I have not practiced yoga for a few days. I have been a member of this Yoga Club for about 6 years now and am doing as many of these classes as I can.
Classes are free this week and then $18 a week for as many classes as you like - a massive deal. Tanija, the owner of Te Atatu Yoga has exceptional yoga senior yoga instructors that she has chosen to continue to pay fairly during this time which we love!
